米饭这一类的,用猪油会油润增香,起锅放油,(油比平时煎鸡蛋略微多一点点)油热后打鸡蛋,先定型,一面煎好,再翻面。
翻面早了也没关系,搅散后多煎一会,呈现焦黄,撒蒜末、葱花。这样会很香!不爱吃可不放
